Refund policy

Returning Products:

1.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from BoomLab.bg within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@boomlabshop.com or call +359 876 609 092 and provide information about the order you placed.

1.3. In case of cancellation of the contract, the Customer must fill out the cancellation form presented below before the expiry of the period under Art. 50 of the PPE and sends it to the indicated address for correspondence and/or e-mail.

1.4. The Merchant is obliged to immediately send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of his refusal to the e-mail specified by the Customer.

Return Terms:

2.1. The product must be in its original packaging and condition, with no signs of use or damage.

2.2. Replacement of a defective or damaged item is accepted if such is established before a courier or representative of the courier company

Value Recovery:

3.1. In case of cancellation of the contract by the Customer, the Merchant is obliged no later than fourteen days (14) from the date on which he was informed by the Customer about the cancellation of the contract to return to him the payments received from him (with the exception of the costs of delivery and other additional costs arising from the choice of payment method).

3.2. Product refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless the Customer has specifically indicated an alternative refund method.

Shipping Costs:

4.1. Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of BoomLab.bg.

Defective or Wrongly Delivered Products:

5.1. If you receive a faulty or mis-supplied product, please contact us within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund.

5.2. BoomLab.bg covers the shipping costs when returning defective or wrongly delivered products.

Changes to the Policy:

6.1. BoomLab.bg reserves the right to change this Return and Refund Policy. Changes take effect immediately after they are published on the website.
